From Ahmed Attahir  Factional crisis has erupted in the zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC),as Minister of state for defence Bello mattawale raised alarm on alleged shared positions of party executives in the state.  It was gathered that the development has brought Zamfara state APC Congresses to a stand still,and may not hold anytime soon as preparations for it's conduct hit the bricks. Yusuf Alhassan kanoma has filed a suit at Magistrate court 1,in Gusau on alleged defamation of character against Mustafa Jafaru kaura special Assistant to Zamfara Governor on media and communications. When the case came up on Tuesday for mentioning,it was discovered that neither the defendant nor his counsel were present in court. It was gathered that the court was unable to serve the defendant with court summon as it was alleged that the defendant was evading the summon. The Magistrate court 1,has ordered the court registry to serve the defendant with substituting service and had fixed 27th of April 2026 for mentioning.  The complainant Hon.
