2023:We'll do all its takes to support Tinubu-Shattima movement-- Zamfara Speaker

Zamfara State supporters of All Progressives Congress, APC, have been called upon to support the Tinibu-Shettima 2023 political movement in the state. 

 The APC National Campaign Council has also announced the appointment of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle and five other personalities of Zamfara State to serve in various campaign committees.

This was disclosed by the Speaker, Zamfara State House of Assembly Hon.Muazu Magarya who is the Coordinator Northern Speaker’s Tinibu-Shettima Door-to-Door Campaign in the state. 

The Zamfara Speaker while addressing political groups and organisations under the parasol of All APC Candidates Support Organisation Zurmi Local Government that paid him a visit,said it becomes imperative for the people of the state to support the movement.

The Speaker affirmed that, those appointed are competent enough to hold the positions and will require the support of all to deliver as expected.

He further called Nigerians to support the Asiwaju-Bola-Ahmad-Tinibu and Kashim-Shettima Movement in 2023 general elections for a prosperous Nigeria.





He commended the National leadership of the Party for the appointment of Governor Matawalle and other prominent politicians in the state for finding them worthy of being part of the campaign council.

It could be recalled that,the National Headquarters of All Progressives Congress,APC has approved the appointment of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle as the Zamfara State and North-West Zonal Coordinator for Tinibu-Shettima 2023.

Also,Senator Ahmad Sani Yarima Member as Civil Society Committee, Former Governor Abduláziz Yari Abubakar CO. Director Election Planning and Monitoring, Hon.Aminu Sanin Jaji Director Contact and Mobilisation,Hon. Sanusi Garba Rikiji Secretary Parliamentarian Committee while Professor Abdullahi Muh’d Shinkafi to serve as Secretary Sustainable Development Goals.

Hon Nasiru Magarya maintained that With this development,the North-Western Region has the capacity to uphold the practice of internal and representative democracy,promote strict observance of the rule of law throughout the process and canvass for votes for all the elective positions at all levels.

Earlier in his address, the Chairman,APC Candidates Support Organisation Zurmi Local Government,Alhaji Aliyu Mai Zuma said, they are at the Speaker’s office to congratulate him over his recent appointment as the Zamfara State Coordinator, Northern Speaker’s Tinibu-Shettima Door to Door.

He assured him of their support to all APC Candidates contesting for various positions at both state and national level.

Only unemployed characters interested in NNPP logo change - N/W Chairman

Don't politicize Community Protection Guards - Marafa warns Zamfara Gov.

Ahmed Attahir Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has warned Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state not to politicize the newly established community protection Guards (CPG'S) in the state. Marafa gave the warning in an interview with newsmen at his home town Yandoton Daji on Tuesday evening shortly after the funeral prayer of one Magaji Lawali a closed alley to the senator who was allegedly torture to died by CPG's in the state.
