2023 elections : Marafa's Supporters reaffirm loyalty, support to APC.

Supporters of Sen. Kabiru Garba Marafa from Zamfara North Senatorial District has reaffirmed their loyalty to the All Progressives Congress,(APC) which they assured of victory  come 2023 general elections in the state 


Marafa Supporters further said they were at APC Secretariat in order to fine tune majors that will see to the total victory of the party in all elective positions.


In a statement issued by the APC publicity Secretary Mallam Yusuf Idris Gusau on Sunday, said the meeting which was held at the party's state Headquarters Gusau,was chaired by the state APC Chairman Hon Tukur Umar Danfulani. 


Earlier on, the spokesman for the group, Alhaji Surajo Garba Maikatako informed the party Chairman that they were at the party's state Secretariat to reaffirm their loyalty and confidence in the chances of the party in the coming elections.


Maikatako said the group which had mobilized support for the party in the past, has continued to take advantage of its good relationship with individuals and groups throughout the state to garner for more supporters to the party.


He appealed that his members in the north senatorial district want the party to always carry them along in all party activities right from polling units, wards, local government and State level. 


According to him some of them were not happy over their exclusion in most of the party activities especially at their zone which he described as not carrying them along.


He commended the chairman and members of the State Working Committee for running the party with honesty, fairness and focus assuring to remain strongly behind the leadership.


Responding, the state party Chairman, Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani commended the commitment and resilience of the group in the effort to move the APC to greatness.


He reiterated his drive in carrying all members along promising to support and encourage every move that will impact positively on the party and the good people of Zamfara.


The chairman donated the sum of N2 million to cover for logistics of the group.


The meeting was attended by the State APC Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Hassan Marafa Damri, Secretary Alhaji Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima, Publicity Secretary,Mallam Yusuf Idris Gusau, Welfare Secretary, Alhaji Bashir Idris Ataka, Organising Secretary, Alhaji Bashir Ahmad, Youth leader, Alhaji Musa Ardo Idris and Assistant Publicity Secretary, Junaidu Attahiru Dosara.

Only unemployed characters interested in NNPP logo change - N/W Chairman

Don't politicize Community Protection Guards - Marafa warns Zamfara Gov.

Ahmed Attahir Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has warned Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state not to politicize the newly established community protection Guards (CPG'S) in the state. Marafa gave the warning in an interview with newsmen at his home town Yandoton Daji on Tuesday evening shortly after the funeral prayer of one Magaji Lawali a closed alley to the senator who was allegedly torture to died by CPG's in the state.
