Zanna Zamfara APC Reps Cand -- I will fight Youths restiveness,Donates 250 Sports wears to Football Clubs.

The Zamfara state All Progressives Congress(APC) candidate for the House of representatives in the forthcoming 2023 election Hon. Abdul Malik Zubairu Bungudu
has assured to fight youths restiveness through sports activities,donated 250 sports wears to football clubs in his constituents in the state. 


Hon.Abdul Malik Bungudu disclosed that football clubs across 21 wards of Maru/Bungudu has benefitted from the gesture in the state. 


"I have distributed sport wears and footballs to over 250 football clubs across the 21 political wards in my constituency of Maru and Bungudu local government areas in the state ".




Speaking with newsmen shortly after the distribution of the sporting wears today,Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu said the idea was born out of passion to sports development, "this would fight youth restiveness and reduce youths involvement in crimes".


Zannan Bungudu who represented Maru/Bungudu federal constituency from 2015 to 2019 said supporting youths particularly on football is a pivotal role in averting insecurity. 


"Youths engagement in sporting activities and small scale trades reduces depression and tendency of committing crimes" he stressed.




According to him,highlights of the distribution indicates that  each political ward in the two Local Government areas, seven to ten football clubs benefitted from jerseys and footballs,"this would motivate youth to pursue their dreams of reaping the dividends of football in future".


He called on youths to reciprocate the gesture by supporting APC and all it's candidates in the forthcoming general election in the constituency.

Don't politicize Community Protection Guards - Marafa warns Zamfara Gov.

Ahmed Attahir Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has warned Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state not to politicize the newly established community protection Guards (CPG'S) in the state. Marafa gave the warning in an interview with newsmen at his home town Yandoton Daji on Tuesday evening shortly after the funeral prayer of one Magaji Lawali a closed alley to the senator who was allegedly torture to died by CPG's in the state.
