Arewa Group Urges President Tinubu to Sack Minister Nyelson Wike -- Says they ,Plans nationwide protest.

The Arewa  Youths Forum (AYF),has urged president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Sack Nyelson Wike from his cabinet, planned nationwide protest, Saying that democracy will derail if he is not check urgently.

They condemned in totality the political crisis rocking Rivers State, resulting to the burning of the State Assembly Complex. 

In a statement issued today,the Deputy President of AYF Alhaji Sani Yusuf Danmasani shortly after they came out from meeting,urged President Tinubu to as a matter of urgency take necessary action against Minister of the FCT Nyelson Wike who was allegedly master minded the political crisis.

"We also urges the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio to use his powers and suspend the Rivers Assembly for a while,as means to avert further breakdown of law and order in River State".

"It is quite wrong for any political godfather to start making move to impeach a state Governor within just five months in government", statement added.

"President Tinubu ought to act fast to check mate the activities of Wike in FCT and Rivers State which virtually could derail the democracy.

Danmasani explained that,Wike was allegedly erroneously misusing his position to cause crisis in the country.

"We plan Plan Nationwide Protest by Wednesday, if no action was taken against the activities of Nyelson Wike".

"President and members of National Assembly should make urgent intervention into the activities of Wike, saying that if this trend went uncheck the political crisis would definitely envelope every section of the country".

Ahmed Attahir Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has warned Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state not to politicize the newly established community protection Guards (CPG'S) in the state.
