Supreme court Verdict : Victory for Democracy -- Kebbi HOS

The kebbi state Head of service Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena  has described the recent victory of Governor Nasir idris at the supreme court Abuja, as victory for democracy.

Garba Bena applauded  Governor Idris over the recent development yesterday while answering questions from news men in Birnin-Kebbi.

He described governor Nasir Idris 's administration as inclusive government of the people, called on the opposition to come and joint hands with the winning team in order to move the state forward.

"I call on all kebbi state indigenes in respective of party affiliation or where they have come from, to come together and give more support to His Excellency Dr Nasir idris to realize his objectives of moving the state forward."He urged

He also described the resumption of construction of the ultra modern state secretariat, Roads construction, renovation and reconstruction of hospitals, Agricutural revolution programme among others as timely.

"When he was sworn few days, has heat the ground running by giving contracts that have direct bearing to the people of kebbi state as well as the civil servants across constituency."he added.

Don't politicize Community Protection Guards - Marafa warns Zamfara Gov.

Ahmed Attahir Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has warned Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara state not to politicize the newly established community protection Guards (CPG'S) in the state. Marafa gave the warning in an interview with newsmen at his home town Yandoton Daji on Tuesday evening shortly after the funeral prayer of one Magaji Lawali a closed alley to the senator who was allegedly torture to died by CPG's in the state.
