Governor Idris made the announcement during a valedictory session organized to bid farewell to Bena as he retires from the civil service. The Governor, represented by his Deputy, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafida, emphasized that Bena’s appointment was in recognition of his outstanding and unblemished service to the state. The Acting Head of Civil Service,until her appointment, She was the Permanent Secretary ministry of Budget and Economic Planning in the state. Hajiya Aisha officially assumed duty on Wednesday, following the retirement of Safiyanu Garba Bena, who stepped down after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 60.
