  Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena former HOS,now Special Adviser to Kebbi State Governor on civil service matters. From Aminu umar Bukkuyum  Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, on Thursday announced the appointment of the outgoing Head of Service (HOS), Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena, as his Special Adviser on Civil Service Matters in Council. Governor Idris made the announcement during a valedictory session organized to bid farewell to Bena as he retires from the civil service. The Governor, represented by his Deputy, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafida, emphasized that Bena’s appointment was in recognition of his outstanding and unblemished service to the state.   Newly appointed Kebbi State Acting Head of Civil Service Hajiya Aisha Usman while take over in the state. From Aminu umar Bukkuyum The Kebbi State Government has announced the appointment of Hajiya Aisha Usman as the Acting Head of Civil Service in the state. The Acting Head of Civil Service,until her appointment, She was the Permanent Secretary ministry of Budget and Economic Planning in the state. Hajiya Aisha officially assumed duty on Wednesday, following the retirement of Safiyanu Garba Bena, who stepped down after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 60. During the handover ceremony at the Cabinet Office in Birnin Kebbi, the outgoing Head of Service expressed his confidence in the smooth transition.  He explained that the appointment of Hajiya Aisha, as the most senior Permanent Secretary, aligns with civil service rules and was approved by Governor Nasir Idris.
