A chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Zamfara state Sulaiman Usman Zumunchi has lauded His Royal Majesty Oba Akadri Saliu Momoh the Olukare of Ikare-Akoko kingdom,Ondo State for confirming new title of "Chief Mayegun of Ikare-Akoko kingdom to member Federal House of representative Hon.Abdulmalik Zubairu Bungudu.
In a statement personally signed by Honourable Sulaiman Zumunchi,on Wednesday the former Special Adviser to the former Governor on Market Development and Management Agency described the confirmation of the title to Hon.Abdulmalik Bungudu as Unity for the nation.
"The Federal Lawmaker is a tireless leader and one who has dedicated himself to putting smiles on not only his constituents but the entire people".
According to Zumunci , the lawmaker deserved the title,"Hon. Zannan Bungudu is an illustrious son who has made landmark in all areas of life, hence the need to give such recognized title". He mentioned.
"The recognition by Ondo State monarch is yet another testament to the outstanding contributions of the Federal Lawmaker".
"Oba Akadri Saliu Momoh the Olukare of Ikare-Akoko of Ondo State, has conferred traditional title on Member of the Federal House of Representatives Representing Maru/Bungudu Federal Constituency Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu (Zannan Bungudu), as the "Chief Mayegun of Ikare-Akoko kingdom".
He appreciated the performances of the lawmaker and urged him to sustain the good style.
"Though your performance and kindness have earned you many honours and titles, this new feather would motivate you more to continue in your quest to bring smiles to the faces of the people".
