A prominent Youth of All Progressive Congress (APC) and current Special Assistant to APC national legal Adviser on protocol Kabiru Oro Kaura Namoda has appreciated president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the reappointment of Fatima Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi as Executive secretary solid mineral Development fund, saying her appointment is well deserved.

President Bola Tinubu has announced the re-appointment of Hajiya Fatima  Umaru Shinkafi as the executive secretary of the  Solid Minerals Development Fund/Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Initiative (SMDF/PAGMI).

In a statement issued by the Special Assistant on protocol to the APC national legal Adviser Kabiru Oro Kaura Namoda said Hajiya Fatima Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi has demonstrated her commitment to the Renewed Hope agenda of president Bola Tinubu.

" We the indigenous youth of Kaura Namoda supporter of APC in Abuja ,have  keenly and warmly appreciated the efforts of our own Hajiya Fatima Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi, are happy and in full support of President Tinubu and his government".

"We therefore thanked President Tinubu for this gesture and assured him of the continued support of Fatima Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi's constituency to his administration".

"APC Youths from Fatima Shinkafi in Zamfara north constituency appreciated Mr president for reappointing  woman with impeccable track records to manage SMDF/PAGMI".

Kabiru Oro maintained that, Hajiya Fatima Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi has been up and doing supporting people her constituency, and Zamfara state particularly during festivities. 

"This has shown that she is true supporter of APC, card carrying member and true democrat with people and her country at heart, once again,We want to appreciate president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for bringing the right woman for the job of renew hope ".

Fatima Shinkafi was first appointed into the job by former President Muhammadu Buhari and is one of the driving forces of the changes in the solid mineral sector in the country.

World Human rights Day : We records Over 120 abuse, neglect Cases - Zamfara NHRC

From Ahmed Attahir  The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Zamfara state has raised the alarm that over 120 violations of human rights were recorded in 2024 in the state. This was disclosed by the Zamfara state coordinator NHRC Abdullahi Abubakar on Wednesday during the commemoration of 2024 world human rights day in the state.  The coordinator expressed concern over the alarming increase in human rights violations across the state.  "We have recorded over 120 cases of human rights violations so far in 2024, including issues such as abuse, neglect, and the infringement of fundamental freedoms".
