NAWOJ lauds appointment of Rashida's as Coordinator Remi Tinubu Support Group in Zamfara

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) Zamfara state, has lauded the appointment of Hajiya Rashida Sani Dansadau as Zamfara state Coordinator for Remi Tinubu support Group in the state.

This was disclosed by the Zamfara state NAWOJ chairperson Jamila Musa Kanoma in Gusau,the state capital.

Jamila Kanoma described the appointment as well deserved,"no doubt Hajiya Rashida a philanthropist,woman with people at heart with exceptional leadership qualities, would bring more development toward president rescue agenda".She lauded.

According to her, the Nigeria first Lady Remi Tinubu support Group was lucky to have a woman ( Rashida Sani Dansadau) as Zamfara state Coordinator,she would surely bring positive development in the state.

The NAWOJ chairperson lauded the foresight of the national executives of Remi Tinubu support Group for their dedication and approved the appointment of a dedicated woman to coordinate Nigeria first Lady Remi Tinubu support initiative in Zamfara state.

The appointment of Hajiya Rashida Sani Dansadau is a pride to the women in the, Zamfara NAWOJ pray Allah to continue to guide her in the discharge of her responsibility for the benefit of people in the state,North and country atlage.

World Human rights Day : We records Over 120 abuse, neglect Cases - Zamfara NHRC

From Ahmed Attahir  The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Zamfara state has raised the alarm that over 120 violations of human rights were recorded in 2024 in the state. This was disclosed by the Zamfara state coordinator NHRC Abdullahi Abubakar on Wednesday during the commemoration of 2024 world human rights day in the state.  The coordinator expressed concern over the alarming increase in human rights violations across the state.  "We have recorded over 120 cases of human rights violations so far in 2024, including issues such as abuse, neglect, and the infringement of fundamental freedoms".
