Humanitarian group launches Iftar meals for 20,000 vulnerables in North West

A Humanitarian Organization "AL-Sadaqah Jariyah" has launched a large-scale Charity Food Donation Program aimed at supporting over 20,000 individuals as part Ramadan welfare across North west.
Speaking during the formal distribution held today in Gusau, Zamfara state,the Executive director (Trustee Chair) of Al-Sadaqah Jariya Dr. Fatima Abdulkadir disclosed that the initiative was to distribute essential grains to over 2,000 house holds and provide iftar meals to over 20,000 individuals across the North West during Ramadan period.
According to the Executive director( Chair trustees) who was represented by Mubarak Idris in Zamfara state explained that this is to ensure that those less fortunate have access to nutritious meals during this holy month of Ramadan.
“This initiative is our way of ensuring that those facing hardship can also share in the blessings of this Ramadan season is a time of generosity, reflection, and kindness." He stated.
The flagging off ceremony was held at Rijiyar Gabas Jumu'at Mosque in Gusau,the state capital ,where Community members and stakeholders
have appreciated the gesture.
The Beneficiaries of the gesture includes widows, orphans, and Internally displaced persons (IDP's) across the North west.
