2027: Woman philanthropist declares for Senator in Zamfara

Ahead of 2027,a business woman and philanthropist in Zamfara State Hajiya Lubna Baba Gusau has declared interest to contest Zamfara central Senatorship in the state. 

Hajiya Lubna formally declared for the Senatorship on Friday evening to a mammoth crowd of well wishers and supporters who welcomed her back to the State after a trip. 

Well-wishers from Zamfara central from Tsafe,kotorkoshi,Damba towns flooded the streets to welcome a philanthropist ,Hajiya Lubna Baba Gusau with special appreciation to her humanitarian gesture for the poor and less privilege people in the state. 

Hajiya Lubna Baba Gusau was turbaned as Sarauniyar kasar Hausa by the Emir of Daura due to her philanthropist and humanitarian gesture to vulnerable and less privilege people.

She was the first woman to declare for the position of Senator come 2027 under the flag of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state. 

On her way back to Gusau,she stopped at the Emir's palace in Tsafe town seeking for the blessing of the Emir His royal Highness Alhaji Muhammad Bawa.

In her address to the mammoth crowd of supporters in Gusau,the state capital, Hajiya Lubna Baba Gusau, said she declared her for Zamfara central Senatorship to contribute to the development of her constituency.

"I declared my intention to join senator race in 2027 for more development as woman aspiring for Senator in Zamfara central i assure to be more dedicated to the betterment of my constituency and state atlarge,particularly women, children, youths and vulnerable people." 

"I promise not to disappoint my state,and my constituents supporters would not regret my representation". She assured.
