2027: Wamban Shinkafi obtains APC Senatorial form in Zamfara


Dr Sani Abdullahi Wanban Shinkafi and APC Chieftain in Zamfara State. 

A traditional title of Wanban Shinkafi and Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, has officially obtained the party’s nomination form to contest the North Senatorial seat 2027 in the state. 

Wamban Shinkafi,disclosed that his decision followed community calls from constituents across the fourteen local government areas in the zamfara north senatorial zone,putting more pressure on him to represent the area. 

Addressing party supporters at his Gusau resident , the Zamfara State Capital, the traditional title holder Wanban Shinkafi stated that constituents have alleged marginalization of key positions such ministerial, Senatorial particularly Shinkafi local government in the state. 

He stressed that, time had come for the people of the area to secure the Senate seat in the zone, calling on party members and supporters to rally round behind his aspiration in 2027.

“I deeply appreciate your support, encouragement, and determination. This movement is about ensuring fair representation for our people,” he said.

He assured supporters that he would not disappoint people, his represententation would further bring more development to the area.

“This aspiration is about service, transparency, accountability, equity, and justice. If given the mandate, I will ensure that all constituency funds are judiciously utilized for the benefit of our people,at state atlarge".He assured
