2027: Massive votes awaits APC- Zamfara stakeholders.

The All Progressive Congress (APC ) stakeholders in Zamfara State has assured of party victory in 2027 general elections, saying aggressive massive votes awaited Tinubu, Governor Dauda Lawal in the state. 

Stakeholders and teeming supporters gave the assurance on Tuesday at a mammoth gathering held at Taula Arena in Gusau ,the state capital. 

Speaking during the event, in their seperate remarks, the Commissioner Ministry for Local Government Alhaji Ahmad Garba Yandi,Gusau local government council chairman, former council chairman Ahmed Bagu,and APC chairman Engineer Babangida reiterated their commitment to the success of Tinubu and Governor Dauda Lawal in 2027 general elections. 

"The appointment of Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar as Director-General APC presidential campaign council, is our collective responsibility for a successful journey.

"We will mobilize votes to APC, aggressive and massive votes await President Tinubu and Governor Dauda's reelection in the state." They assured.

The event was organised by the APC Gusau local government under the chairmanship of Engineer Babangida Abdullahi in the state.

Court orders Police to investigate criminal case filed by Ex-lawmer in Zamfara

From Ahmed Attahir  A Magistrate Court I sitting in Gusau Zamfara State capital has on Wednesday ordered Commissioner of Police to investigate alleged criminal case filed before the court by a former member House of Assembly, Yusuf Alhasan Kanoma, against Mustafa Jafaru kaura ,media aide to Zamfara Governor. The Presiding Judge Murtala Abdullahi refered the case to the Commissioner of Police for thorough investigation. Earlier, when the case came up ,the state Attorney General and Commissioner for justice Abdulaziz Sani,SAN represented by Director litigation ,prayed to the court for transfer of the case to ministry of justice as empowered by provision 211 of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria. The APC unity and reconciliation forum would soon organize a north west grand rally to unveil their stand and revealed those behind campaigns to smear the reputation of Senator Abdulaziz Yari.
